Last week, a packed crowd filed into the EHS auditorium to celebrate the induction of the newest members of our National Honor Society Chapter. But this year – those in attendance saw something particularly historic, as the chapter welcomed 44 new students—the largest induction class since the creation of our EHS chapter.
Our NHS members this school year collectively completed over 725 hours of service within the Ellsworth community! From events, fundraisers, mentoring the youth in our community in and out of the classroom, placing wreaths around the holidays and more (so much more) – our Eagles really showed what “The Ellsworth Way” means, especially when they leave our building.
We are immensely proud of the way our students have excelled in the four pillars of the NHS: Scholarship, Service, Leadership, and Character. Both current and new members have acted as tremendous role models both to our younger students and to community members alike!
We are proud to recognize the following students for their dedication to excellence:
Congratulations to all of you on your tremendous work ethic, dedication to your studies, and consistent academic excellence through the past few years! We couldn’t be more proud of this induction class.
