Ellsworth High School students will now have the opportunity to receive dental care- both cleanings and examinations- right on campus during school hours. We are excited to offer our second round of dental cleanings and examinations this Spring - sign up now!
Sweet Smiles will be returning to Ellsworth High School in March and April to complete their second round of dental cleanings and examinations. This is a convenient and easy way to help your student maintain a healthy smile without having to schedule off-campus appointments. If you completed the sign-up form in the fall, your student will be seen again automatically - you do not need to do anything further. The school nurse will reach out with the date and time of your student's appointment in early March.
This year, we began offering students a great opportunity to receive two dental cleanings and examinations this academic year right at Ellsworth High School during the school day! If your student missed this fantastic service in the fall, and you would like them to participate this spring, simply fill out the attached form (SEE BELOW) and return it to the EHS front office or school nurse before February 13, 2026.
A hard-copy of the form can be found in the main office, or can be sent home with your student upon request. Most dental insurance plans are accepted, and there is no copay required. If you do not have insurance or prefer to pay out-of-pocket, self-pay options are also available.
