Some of Maine’s top high-school basketball players across all grades are converging on Veazie this weekend- and two Eagles will be in attendance!
Congratulations to Ellsworth seniors Jackson Barry and Elizabeth Boles- both were named to the 2025 “Results Select Series” Camp rosters! The camp is an invitation-only event for top high school basketball players in Maine. The camp offers a comprehensive development experience, including skill work, sports performance analysis, and competitive gameplay.
Both Elizabeth and Jackson were instrumental parts for their teams the last few years. Each year they’ve been with the team, the Eagles have soared into the Cross Insurance Center, qualifying for the Maine High School Basketball Tournament. Elizabeth was a big piece of the Girls’ Class B State Championship team a few years ago, too!
The camp is led by renowned basketball trainer Matt Mackenzie. Matt has been around the country and back recently training NBA top overall pick Cooper Flagg- who he’s been working with since before Coop played high school ball here in Maine!
Jackson will join some of the best boys players in the state on Saturday, August 16. Elizabeth takes the floor with some of the best girls in Maine on Sunday, August 17! Congratulations and best of luck to both!
