Co-Curricular – Parent Portal Information


All Students participating in any co-curricular activity will need to have information registered in the Rank One website.

Once the student is eligible in Rank One, their coach/advisor can create a roster.


STEP 1: Visit www.rankonesport.com


STEP 2: Click on PARENTS and Fill out Electronic Participation Forms


STEP 3: Please select the STATE OF ME in the drop down menu


STEP 4: Please select Ellsworth School System


STEP 5: Read though instructions to complete form


STEP 6: Select Start online forms


Benefits of creating a parent account include: Track the eligibility status of your student-

athlete, allows you access to the PDF documents after they are submitted, getting important information about your student, and being able to sync your account with the Rank One Sport parent app, & more.


STEP 7: Select the option you want


STEP 8: Fill out and sign (electronically) the Health/Insurance Form – You must upload a copy of your health insurance card here. Submit


STEP 9: Fill out and sign (electronically) the Extra-Curricular Permission Form - Submit


Your Students Physical Information will be uploaded with the most recent information we have on file.  If your student has not had a physical in the last year please make an appointment for them asap.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Ellsworth High School Athletic Department is to provide athletic programs that help develop the whole child through education and competition, to stimulate a lasting attitude of discipline, sportsmanship, integrity, leadership and social responsibility. To provide a rigorous athletic program which complements and supports a challenging academic program by teaching student-athletes to persevere, to work well with others, and to test themselves. The EHS Athletic Department strives to build competitive athletic programs that act as an enduring source of pride for the student population, student-athletes, alumni and members of the Ellsworth Community.
